Has Darth Vader, dark lord of the Sith become a God?

It’s not hard to imagine, if you really think about it.
There are few figures in modern pop culture as influential as Darth Vader.

For 40 years, children and adult fans alike recognize and instantly identify the dark lord of the Sith as an imposing figure in our perception of reality. While commonly recognized as a fictional character created by Star Wars creator George Lucas, over the decades it seems that the pop culture icon has been given a life of his own.

Most people know who he is and many know his tragic story. But does it end with Return of the Jedi? Certainly not. Does it even begin with The Phantom menace? A New Hope? Possibly not.

The large scope of Vaders conviction and resolve may not just be inside of an ever expanding franchise, however the gravity of his visage holds both emotional and financial ties to our reality that makes him far more everlasting than your basic movie villain.

It is becoming closer to modern thought and understanding that your focus determines your reality. Interestingly enough. This was also stated in the Phantom Menace. But in our reality it is well understood that you must visualize your objective in order to achieve it.

Consider that quite possibly every God that we know of was originally imagined. There are not many that have left physical evidence of their presence. What they have left behind are stories that have lived on over the centuries and given credibility to their existence.
The human mind is fascinating. We are so complex in thought that we convert thoughts into energy. The more you put thought into energy the more abondant that energy is. That energy can then be converted into reality.

The first poster for the Phantom Menace was of a child Anakin with the shadow of Vader behind him.

This was a great symbolism that made for the journey of Anakin becoming Darth Vader. It was purely intentional. It did however spark an interesting unintentional trend for future Star Wars movies.

In Attack of the Clones, Vaders shadow appears in what is considered a fluke of unintentional events.
Anakins hair is a mimic of Obi Wan’s from the Phantom Menace and was purely representative of Anakin being Obi Wan’s padawan. So this hair style making up Vader’s shadow in episode 2 is purely coincidental..... or is it?
Could this be the beginning stages of the entity of Darth Vader forcing his way into our reality? Possibly. This is after all the origin story for the dark lord and how he came to be. While Attack of the Clones is the second episode in this origin story, the first steps of Vader coming into the image that we all know and love makes it interestingly timed.

This is not the end of the story at all.
The new sequel trilogy is all about legacy. And in my opinion. Characters coming into their own being. Kylo Ren being a legacy character wishes to step out of the shadow he has been cast in that is his grandfather.

His image directly reflects that.
However, there is yet another shadow. Behind Rey, our protagonist for this new trilogy.

What is iconically the shadow of Vader standing behind ray. This time more pronounced if you really look at it. The texture of the AT-AT foot subtitling making the lines of definition of his armor.

It seems that Vader himself is beginning to take form.

At this point it would be a mistake on my part to not recognize the insanity of a statement like this. Most critics to the Empire will certainly dismiss is as a series of coincidences or even claim that all of this was just planned. So let’s talk about this in the context of the movies themselves. You have what is suspected to be the chosen one with a balanced world of both light and dark and inside of the context of the series is a figure well known. It’s not far fetched that Anakin himself was mearly a vessel for a being far more complex. Even after his death has transcended through the force and is now a figure of the past. He has become more powerful through the force. It is strongly possible that Darth Vader has become what we here would refer to as a God.

The power he holds in the films could be enough to break the barriers between our realm and his. It’s not the first time something in coming has grabbed hold of our reality, that however is a story for another time.

With my final statement I will say that Darth Vader is given an origin of being the chosen one. A powerful imposing and captivating image, and a legacy not only in the Star Wars world but our own as well. Then you have in our reality a legitimate Jedi religion, which makes sense since the Jedi were based of eastern religions in their conceptualization. Once you get into philosophical Dogma, how far fetched is it that Vader has attained some status reverence akin to other human myths and legends?

It is not really too far fetched that someone so powerful from a galaxy far far away has finally made his way to our galaxy.

Carrie vs the man behind the mask part 2

As it stand in history thus far. the planned 13 friday the 13th movies still are a movie short. That is of course if you count Jason vs Freddy, which I do. the problem is that over the last couple decades Friday the 13th sequels have been few and far between. after the abortion of Jason takes Manhattan, the film series suffered a near fatal stroke. the final friday also known as Jason goes to hell, the 9th in the series tried to revive life in the series but quickly it slumbered yet again. not until the inevitable horror movie journey into space occurred. Jason X, most would have depicted this as the nail in the coffin but since Jason has a talent for escaping death to return from the grips of it's own demise, Jason vs Freddy was born. the movie some fans had waited for. for me it was 15 long years. i drew comics of my childhood heroes battling it out for the title of greatest killer of the late 20th century. unfortunately it was to late. by the 21st century not many were still interested. but i was. this marked the end of e genre that had roared and burned through the 1980's only to die very slowly in the 90's and finally die in the beginning of the 21st century. but Jason doesn't die so easily. and in the age of remakes the ultimate 12th movie of the hockey masked super powered machete wielding killer rose from the ashes of what was pretty much the dead corpse of superstition. but with this remake, perhaps it was to much. to many influences from the original films. now with no where to go friday the 13th has literally no new story to tell....... or does it?

Many would say that they have a favorite friday the 13th. typically most people say 4,6, or 7.

mine is 7.
friday the 13th part 7 the new blood for me was the ultimate glimpse as to where the movie franchise should go. what do i mean?

well if you're a fan reading this you know for a fact that part 7 was where Jason finally met his match. a teen girl with telekinetic powers. most people are in line with how awesome that really was. some people claimed it was to over the top and that some telekinetic was going to far beyond reality. HELLO jason is back from the dead again! i'm not going to say anymore.

well i decided to watch this masterpiece. it dawns on me. this movie could totally have a sequel. here's the tricky part. is it a sequel to friday the 13th the remake or friday the 13th part 7 the new blood? i mean they really did reboot the franchise. i say it's both. the events in the remake happened, so it's clearly that Jason. however, you grab Lar Par Lincoln
and you have her reprise her role from part 7. she has the same memories from that movie and it's now 25 years later and she has moved on with her life but, considering that the killings have started again, she feels compelled to return to crystal lake. there she encounters remake Jason. she can even have lines in the movie that have her recall him being far more decayed and gross from her recollection.

see bending the realities like that gives it something old and something new and makes it possible for people who like both versions to enjoy this movie.

it should be called Friday the 13th part 13
the conclusion.

end the series with the movie it deserves.
hell throw tommy Jarvis up in there too for good measure.
http://fridaythe13th.wikia.com/wiki/Tommy_Jarvis

Let the series end with the way any series of movies should with fans walking out the movie theater saying "holy shit! that just happened! that was amazing!"

if paramount and new line cinema see this blog you should take my advice and at least consider it.
and if you need any help let me know. ;P

no guns... unless it's mounted to a military vehicle right next to the rocket launchers.

The dark knight rises was ok.
I have seen a lot of people either really like it or absolutely hate it.
Plot holes blah blah blah.
Not realistic blah blah blah.
For me it holds to the same standard of the first 2.

without getting spoilery
i will say,

since batman begins, bruce wayne has not really made a decision of his own. this holds true all the way to the end of this trilogy,

there is no detective in this batman, pretty much in most of the movies.

i decided to watch batman returns the other day.

i actually cringed at the dialogue. it was so shitty and the moments of lets have each character do something character like was just awful.
in theory the movie is awesome.
blowing up clowns
jacking the penguin
hot chick in tight leather
Christopher Walken
tim burton film with no johnny depp

but as i sit there and watch realizing that this was the "more realistic" version of batman back in it's day. i wonder what fucked up beetlejuice saturn world does tim burton live in?you have 2 characters that in the comics don't even have powers or deformities.

now i bring this up because most people say the dark knight rises is not very realistic.
well let's just pretend real quick (because these are the same people that compare it to batman returns) that the dark knight rises and batman returns were historical documents and you were reading them as eye witness accounts to an event.

now who's version of what happened sounds more realistic?

penguin looking dude in the sewer teams up with cat powered catwoman to stop batman? frame him for murder and let the cops chase him.... that is until batman pulls a dj jazzy jeff (you know what i'm talking about.) and sends an angry mob after the penguin all frankenstein style because he talked shit about gotham or whatever it was. nevermind that batman murdering someone thing. that's in the past of last week. time to send an army of penguins to destroy gotham.

OR

well how do i put this with less spoilers.
hostile occupy gotham takeover by some dude in a mask terrorist situation. while some chick in tight leather with cat ears robs the shit out of the city or something. with a cops vs crooks battle that makes keystone looks like Cambodia.

i'll not go into the plot holes or even pretend they were not there, because they were HUGE!
i mean shit goes down and the government is like oh fuckin well. we have plans on top of plans for shit like this but eh gotham has the batman so let's just get some coffee.

ok ok ok

this is a spoiler. cause i have to say this.

when you lift some guy over your head and bring him down on your knee and that dislodges a bone in your spine. we'll pretend it doesn't paralyze you and you were just lucky it only put pressure on your spinal chord. i don't care if mr miyagi is your attendant they are not going to "pop" it back into place by spitting on their hands and slapping the shit out of your back in the same motion that it took to hurt it.

ok sorry

anyway.
the point is.

how many times has that scenario, happened where some super villain takes over a city in real life? never.
how many times does some clown hold the city in fear? well it could happen but not really.
how many times does a city get attacked by ninjas? well it happens in my town often but... nevermind

none of these batman movies are realistic because they are designed to entertain.

ok another spoiler

if you are one of those people who are like "how did he escape the explosion? there was no way." goto walmart and look for the bat vehicle that he flies in the movie it has a gimmick that explains it all for you.

i think i'm just going to stop here.

i liked the movie.

A Normal perception of insanity usually defines their reality.

Insanity is perpetual. One action inspires another action, until shit is so fucked up that no one can recover. The only counter to it is to do something so out of the ordinary that it forces logic back into place.

I find the definition of insanity to be extremely flawed. The definition is a normals reaction to the insane event or person.

True insanity doesn't repeat. Normalcy is a repetitive action. You cannot counter insanity with normalcy. You can only escalate it.

Stop insanity with strategy.

In the past of 2002 the future of 2010 had cryogenic technology.

So, this is not a post about action figures. it's about Jason X.

why? because I decided to watch it. it's on demand. now I remember when this movie came out back in 2002. I knew it was going to be bad long before I decided to go see it, but the critics from Fangoria Magazine said despite how bad it sounds it's actually really good.

Now I've seen many horror villains go into space. Pinhead and the Leprechaun both tried it, so why not Jason right? And let's face it. Jason took Manhattan Just like the Muppet's so why not take it into outer space. Well my point is I went to go see it. And I was right, this movie was a piece of shit.
so I see it on my list on demand and I think to myself for a minute. why do I want to see it again?

Well I start to watch it, and i start to realize. I want to know if it's still as bad as I remember it to be?
Oh yes.
It's still horrible but i did find some really interesting things in this movie that maybe because when  it was released we were not thinking about where we would be almost a decade later.

The majority of the movie takes place in 24 something of another. but in the very beginning the movie starts off in the futuristic time of 2010. in this version of the future Cryogenic stasis is possible for an immortal killing machine that being Jason Voorheese. I think that's how you spell his name.

Anyway, there's a lot of twists to this part I don't want to type out so I will say he ends up in 24 something or another and well i'll just go down the list of things that they had
hologram like next generation sequence
morality jokes about the 1980's
nano technology
life like android
oh yeah
i forgot so earth was destroyed and scavengers from earth 2 were on the planet for some reason i wasn't paying attention to hard. anyway it takes place on a space ship. so he kills a lot of people in the ship proving that even in a space ship you can make a horror movie. which was what was interesting to me and even why i wrote this blog here.

if your curious i never type with caps i always type out lower case. so at first all i could hear is my wife telling me use capitals cause she's a grammar Nazi. but after trying really had to keep that up i got tired of talking about this movie so i wanted to rush it. so i am not writing to her specifications.

i just wanted to say if youtr looking to watch a good movie this is not one to watch, but if you wanted to experience and interesting perspective change between what we were going to be in 2010 vs looking back at what we were and how not so in the future view point of 24 something or another to check the movie out. my favorite part is where one guy offers the military unit leader 500 thousand dollars to kill jason, or the fact that they are in a space ship and the guy figures out that a relic like jason voorheese could be worth millions. it preety funny how inflation in someones mind really works.

ok movies done i'm going to bed.
